Annual Dues Reminder
Dues for 2019 become payable on January 1, 2019. According to association rules they are to be paid in full by 5:00 p.m. January 31, 2019. The Board has approved the amount of $385 to be paid in 2019. Make your checks payable to "Austin Corners Homeowners Association". Send your dues to ACHOA P.O. Box 532, Rockwall, Texas 75087.
Dues become delinquent on February 1. See bottom of "Homeowners" tab for the delinquency late charges and interest.

Note the new Austin Corners Covenants Amendment that has been posted on this page under "Austin Corners Public Records" section on the left. It is an addition to the original Austin Corner Covenants. You will want to refer to these if you going to put in a pool, put up a fence, use a rainwater collection system, install solar panels, put up a building of any kind that requires the approval from the Architectural Committee. Before begin any work, you must complete and submit the ACHOA ACC Application form. Contact the ACHOA Webmaster for form password.
