Austin Corners is a subdivision of the city of McLendon-Chisholm, Texas. This website provides information about our community for homeowners and interested parties.
Austin Corners is located 4 miles southeast of downtown Rockwall in Rockwall County Texas.
Our children attend Rockwall ISD. Our county and community is one of the fastest growing communities in the United States.
The Austin Corners Homeowner's Association (HOA) is in place to see that our beautiful private surroundings are held and maintained to the highest standards so all can enjoy.
This website provides some public information about our community, as well as resident information which is restricted for our home owners only.
Experience the quiet country life with quick access to I-30, quality schools, shopping, medical facilities, and all of the resources of the greater metropolitan community...without being in "the metroplex".

The original Austin Corners Covenants, the 2015 amendment, and the Austin Corners Bylaws have been added to the downloads section below.
Additional information about Austin Corners can be obtained by contacting the Association's board via email: hoa@austincorners.com or by attending a meeting.
Builders, realtors and financial institutions may obtain association information by contacting the Association's Registered Agent, Shari London via email sharitxre@yahoo.com.
Note: You will want to refer to both the original covenants and the amendment if you plan on installing a pool, putting up a fence, using a rainwater collection system, installing solar panels, or putting up a building of any kind that requires the approval from the Architectural Committee.
You must complete and submit the Architectural Approval form BEFORE you begin any work.

The HOA board is here for you. Why do we do this? Because we live here and it is our home. If you would like to run for a position on the board, let us know before January so everyone can vote on board members during the Annual Meeting - which is January 31st.
